How do I
sign up for paperless billing?
Click the REGISTER
button on the Home page. You will
need your account number and name exactly as it appears on your bill. See example below.
Data Systems, the vendor who provides this application, uses multiple levels of

No. When you
enroll in paperless billing, you will receive a email that your bill is
available for online viewing and printing if you choose.
What if I
change my email address?

How can I
pay my bill?
In person – by check, cash or money order at 8100 Joy Street in Citronelle or 4800 McCrary Rd. in Semmes. We are opened 8:00 – 5:00 Monday
through Friday (except holidays) and our drive through window is opened on
Monday thru Friday. There is also a night drop box available after hours.
You can mail your payment to South Alabama Utilities, PO Box 428 , Citronelle, AL 36522 or PO Box 319 , Semmes, AL 36575.

payment account is independent of the ebilling sign-up.

Yes. Speedpay charges $3.95 to make payments online.
